You run the tours. I pack the suitcase.
Most website projects stall because they ask the operator to become a project manager. This one asks you for about two hours, most of it answering questions about the business you already know by heart.

Claim your spot
Send me a note with a few basics about your business. I'll confirm it's a fit, send your invoice, and email you a private link to your questionnaire. No account to create, no password to remember.

Answer the questionnaire
It walks you through your tours, your guests, your story, your reviews, and your booking setup, one plain-English question at a time. Budget about an hour. Save and resume whenever, on your phone or laptop. Your answers become the raw material for the whole site.
You'll also send over your photos and logo. You don't need professional photography. You need the golden-hour shots already sitting on your phone.

I build and write
Your site gets built on a structure designed for how tour guests actually book: signature tour front and center, itineraries that show the experience instead of listing it, reviews where deciders can see them, policies where they calm nerves instead of hiding in an FAQ.
Your copy is drafted from your own answers, so it sounds like you and not like a brochure. You review every word before launch, and we do a round of refinements together.

Booking gets wired in and tested
FareHarbor availability flows are integrated and clicked all the way through on real phones, because the booking handoff is where most operator sites quietly lose the sale. On Peek Pro, Rezdy, or Checkfront, your tour pages hand guests cleanly to your booking page. Tours without online booking get an inquiry form instead.
-
Launch and hand over the keys
Your site goes live about two weeks after your questionnaire is finished. You get a walkthrough of how to change prices, swap photos, and add tours yourself. Everything is in your name: WordPress, hosting, domain.
After launch I'm one email away. And if you'd rather never think about updates, backups, or small edits again, the Safe Travels care plan handles all of it for $39/mo.
What I'll need from you
- About an hour for the questionnaire, split up however you like
- Your photos, straight from your phone or camera roll
- Your logo, if you have one (no problem if you don't)
- Your FareHarbor shortname or a link to your booking page
- Links to your Google and TripAdvisor reviews
- About an hour to review your copy and your site before launch
That's the whole list. Total time on your side: about two hours. You can do the entire thing from the seat of your truck between tours.
Two hours of your time. A website that works for years.
Founding rate $499, regularly $1,497. Start with the demo, then claim your spot.
